System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'from'

Я хочу сделать Web Api что би добавлять задания и дата до которой я должен исполнить ее. Когда запускаю проект,вилетает ексепшн System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'from'. Вот еще файл DepartmentController.cs:
