Не могу задеплоить на Cloudflare Pages. Требует модуль Globby

Этот модуль я установил, последнюю версию, но при деплое все время выходит ошибка, просит более позднюю версию, которой не существует. Как задеплоить на Cloudflare Pages, нужна помощь!
