Dialogflow использование стороннего API с Axios

Для изучения пытаюсь сделать бота, который в ответ на запрос будет присылать изображение. Использовал waifu pics api (https://waifu.pics/docs) просто картинки. Он отправляет url, этого достаточно.

Выдает следующие ошибки:

Webhook call failed. Error: UNAVAILABLE, State: URL_UNREACHABLE, Reason: UNREACHABLE_5xx, HTTP status code: 500. Error: No responses defined for platform: DIALOGFLOW_CONSOLE at V2Agent.sendResponses_
