Не могу установить драйвер Nvidia GT 720 на Kali Linux

Решил со старту воспользоваться документацией, которую Кали предоставляла сама. В итоге nvidia-smi выдаёт:

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

Не понимаю. nouveau заблокировал, видяк точно тот. Даже nvidia-check показывает, что за карта, и модель её тоже. Вот только я заметил, что вывод команды lspci -s 01:00.0 -v выдаёт, что ни одно ядро не запущено:
