Как сделать так, чтобы данный скрипт записывал видео после обнаружения человека в течение 30 секунд

Как сделать так, чтобы данный скрипт записывал видео после обнаружения человека в течение 30 секунд, а затем отправлял это видео в телеграм и дальше работал.

Ну и записывал тех кого и распознал в .csv файл.

На этом всё, буду благодарен за любую помощь.
