Error: Cannot find module | Nest.js, Typescript

Пишу приложение на Nest js Получаю ошибку при попытке импорта:

Импортирую в check.ts вот так: import { connect } from './сonnect';

connect.ts и check.ts лежат в одной папке

импорт в controller: import { check } from './services/check

импорт в main.ts import { AppModule } from './app.module';

Я пробовал ставить разные версии в target и module в tsconfig.json, проблема не уходит. Проблема решается добавлением .js в импортах в файлах .ts до компиляции, но так быть не должно. Что изменить/убрать/добивать в настройках нужно, что поправить такую ошибку?
