Локализация интерфейса ASP.Net Core Identity - индекс-меню в профиле пользователя

Необходимо локализовать блок ManageNavPages.Index, но он не имеет cshtml страницы, там всё только кодом ManageNavPages.cs и пункты меню обозначены как свойства:

Не подскажете, уважаемое сообщество, как локализовать данный блок?
