Ошибка в Hibernate, помогите

я новичек, пытаюсь практиковаться в Hibernate на Java, вчера пофиксил проблему c драйвером. Создал папку resources в src/main и создал конфигурационный файл в resources, настроил как надо (мне так кажется, по крайней мере), гуглил, в решениях делал всё как нужно, не помогает почему то, я застрял на этой ошибке, помогите. Прикладываю код и ошибки, буду благодарен, если поможете с проблемой, иначе я не знаю как учиться и практиковаться. Ошибки
