Проблема с pool-connection

Недавно начал изучать Rust и писать небольшую web-api программу. По учебнику по расту, создал пул подключений, программа запускается, но отправляя get запрос, получаю ошибку. Сбрасывает соединение, как думаете, что это может быть ?
