Как отобразить данные в Sub UserControl?

Вопрос: Как отобразить данные в IndexesView?
IndexesView отображается в MainWindow
Как отобразить IndexesView в ManagerIndexesView?
Т.е. как и где правильно прописать биндинг к IndexesView?

При отладке получаю сообщение в VS:
