Telegram bot api: message line by line

Recently I saw how the message appears gradually in the telegram bot, line by line with a slight pause. not multiple messages one after the other, but one, but with delays.

I searched, but couldn't find a method in the api or a parameter for SendMessage.

How can I do this, where can I read it? Thank you.
