Как доработать скрипт python для отправки сообщения в телеграмм с картинкой?

Как правильно будет доработать скрипт, чтобы при отправке сообщения аккаунт пользователя отправлял картинку с текстом? Нужно именно отправлять от личного аккаунта, а не через бота. На данный момент скрипт может отправлять только текстовое сообщение.
