Установка SpoofDPI на арч линукс, ошибка gzip: stdin: not in gzip format tar:

Помогите пожалуйста, гуглил но ниче не понял, вобщем склонировал репозиторий https://github.com/xvzc/SpoofDPI, запустил install.sh, после чего вижу такой вывод:
