Публикация Python телеграм бота на хостинге

Хочу опубликовать телеграм бот на виртуальном хостинге, устанавливаю вебхук с телеграмом https://***.uz/bot.

Объясните пожалуйста как правильно сделать, не используя application.run_polling? Бот просто тестовый эхо, прошу поправить код
