PyQT6 не находит DLL

Вечер добрый! Я написал вот такое приложение для PyQT6:

from PyQt6.QtWidgets import QApplication, QWidget

import sys


class application(object):

    def __init__(self):

При попытке запуска возникает такая ошибка:

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtWidgets: Не найдена указанная процедура

Данные: Python 3.12.6
