Не работает @GetMapping в спринге

Осваиваю спринг, повторил всё в точности как в коде который работал, с помощью томкат, но работает только файл index.jsp(начальный файл). Пытался с помощью @GetMapping перебросить на нужные мне страницы, но всегда одна и та же ошибка

(The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.).

Уже переписал исходный код несколько раз, но глухо, в чём может быть проблема?

Исходный сервер работает на localhost:8080, как и настроил на Томкат, но при попытке перейти на любой другой localhost:8080/hello например, сразу страница не найдена, ошибок в Идее нет.
