Почтовый сервер на Postfix и Dovecot. Не принимаются внешние письма

Настраивала свой почтовый сервер на Ubuntu, в связке postfix + dovecot. На чужие почты письма отправляются, хоть и попадают в папку спама, однако с других доменов, кроме собственного, письма не приходят. Ниже будет пример отправки с яндекс-почты, но с гугл-почты тоже блокируется.

Команда tail -f /var/log/mail.log выдает следующие сообщения об ошибке (nickname, mysite.site - мой ник в яндексе и почтовый домен соответственно):

Я вижу, что мой сервер запрещает получать письма с яндекса, но не знаю, как это разрешить. Единственный раз, когда у меня получилось заставить сервер принимать сообщения, когда я указала в main.cf mynetworks = 0.0.0.0/0 127.0.0.0/8 - но вместе с этим через него стала проходить и отправляться на непонятные почты тонна спама. А просто со значением mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8, как указано в руководствах, получение почты блокируется. Вот мой /etc/postfix/main.cf:

Если надо, могу еще скинуть какие-нибудь файлы. Я уже много чего перепробовала, но способа решения так и не нашла. Помогите, пожалуйста.
